You sell websites, so of course you rank websites above lead platforms. We do, and section 01 should be read with that in mind. So here is the part that is not in our interest. For a business that started last month, with no reviews, no listing and no history, a quote site will put work in the diary within a fortnight and a website will not. If you need jobs in three weeks, buy them — and the two bought routes are above the untraceable one in that ranking for exactly the same reason everything else is where it is. The order is about what survives, not about what we would rather sell.
Does a website actually bring in work? Not on its own, and we are not going to put a number on it. A website is mostly not the thing that gets found — the listing and the reviews are — it is the thing that answers the questions and takes the enquiry once somebody is already looking at you. We will not promise you rankings or a volume of leads, on this page or in a quote, because nobody has reasonable grounds for that promise and the Fair Trading Act asks for them at the time the claim is made. What we will tell you is what the thing is, what it costs and what you own at the end.
So should I cancel the lead subscription and hire you instead? No, and that sequence is how people end up with a quiet month and a grudge. Build the free side while the bought side is still running — claim the listing, start asking for reviews, get the pages written — and taper the bought spend only as your own count from section 02 shows work arriving by the other door. That takes months, it is a boring answer, and it is the right one. Anybody who tells you to cancel everything and trust them is asking you to carry a risk they are not carrying.
And the part we cannot dress up. Skyward is new and has no clients yet, so there is no figure anywhere on this page about what our work has produced for anybody, because there is not one to print. There are no testimonials on this site for the same reason, and the builds in the portfolio are invented businesses, labelled as such on every page of them. A page about measuring results, written by a studio with no results, has to say that out loud or it is doing the thing it spends four sections warning about. The first ten clients get $500 off in exchange for a review, a testimonial and permission to publish the build — which is, honestly, us buying the one thing this page says you cannot buy.
