Here is this week. Take one.
Physiotherapy in Mount Albert. You should not have to ring a clinic to find out whether it can see you, so the diary is the first thing on this page rather than the last.
If nothing here suits, ring and ask — there are usually one or two times that have just come back.
First available
Concept page — times shown are an example, not a live diarySwipe the diary sideways for Thursday and Friday.
Half-hour appointments. Saturday mornings are on the phone only, because they book out on the Friday.
Every fee, in public, with the GST already in it.
Nobody should have to ring a clinic to find out the price of half an hour. These are the figures on the wall at the front desk, and they are the figures here.
First appointment
Forty minutes. Longer than a follow-up because most of it is questions.
$95incl GSTFollow-up appointment
Half an hour.
$75incl GSTACC surcharge — first appointment
If your problem came from an accident, ACC pays its part directly to us and this is the balance you pay at the desk. We lodge the claim here if you have not already.
$35incl GSTACC surcharge — follow-up
The same arrangement, on every visit after the first.
$28incl GSTCommunity Services Card
Bring it to the first visit and the surcharge comes off.
No surchargeMissed appointment, under 12 hours notice
Charged once. We would rather have the phone call than the empty half hour.
$30incl GSTEftpos and card at the desk, or an invoice on the day if you would rather. We do not hold a card on file and there is no booking fee.
Forty minutes, and what each part of it is for.
Most people who put off ringing a physiotherapist are not worried about the money. They are worried about walking into a room and not knowing what is about to happen.
The desk
Name, date of birth, and whether it came from an accident. If it did, the claim is lodged here rather than sent home with you to do later.
Talking
What happened, when it started, what makes it worse, what you need to get back to. Most of the appointment is this part, and it is the part people expect least.
Looking at it
You stay in your own clothes unless we ask, and you can say no to anything without explaining why. If somebody else in the room would make it easier, bring them.
What next
What we think, what we would do about it, roughly how many visits that usually looks like, and what it will cost. Written down before you leave, not emailed later.
If it is not us
Sometimes the right answer is your GP, a specialist or a scan rather than a physiotherapist. We will say so at the first appointment and we do not charge for the second one to tell you.
Three of us. All registered, all named.
You get the same person each visit unless you ask otherwise, and you can ask for one by name when you book.

The quoted lines above are sample text written for this concept. On a live site they are the clinic's own Google reviews and nothing else — Skyward does not write reviews, and a five-star line we wrote ourselves would be worth less than nothing.
Half past nine is when people finally decide.
The clinic is shut and nobody is going to pretend otherwise. What matters is that the decision does not have to wait until morning, because by morning a fair number of them have talked themselves back out of it.
The time is held
Picking a slot on this page holds it for twelve hours. It is not confirmed, and the page says so rather than pretending it is.
Somebody rings you
The front desk opens, reads the overnight list first, and rings to confirm. A real person, before the first appointment of the day.
Or you just ring
The number is at the top of every screen on this site. If it is urgent, ringing is faster than anything here and always will be.
Four things, and none of them is paperwork you have to print.
- Clothes you can move in. Shorts if it is a knee or an ankle.
- The date of the accident, if there was one, and the claim number if you already have it.
- Any scan or letter you have been given. A photograph of it on your phone is fine.
- Your Community Services Card, if you hold one.
Where you will actually be.
On a live site these are photographs of the clinic itself — the door from the street, the waiting room, the treatment room, the car park. They are empty here because this is a concept build and Skyward does not put anybody else's premises on a page that is not theirs.
Pick one above, or tell us when suits.
You will get a phone call to confirm, not an automated message. If it is sore enough that you would rather talk to somebody now, ring instead — it is faster.
Please do not send anything about your health through this form. Name, phone and a time is all we need — the rest is for the appointment.
